Return & Exchange Policy
Effective from 1 June 2025 · 7-Day Easy Returns
We want you to love every purchase from Cotton Culture. If something isn't right, we make the return and exchange process simple, transparent, and hassle-free.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please initiate your return request before the 7-day window closes — requests after this period will not be accepted.
Items Eligible for Return
- ✅ Item received is damaged or defective
- ✅ Item received is different from what was ordered (wrong product, wrong colour)
- ✅ Wrong size sent by us (not matching what you ordered)
- ✅ Missing item — part of your order was not delivered
- ✅ Item has a manufacturing defect (torn seam, colour bleeding, broken button)
Items NOT Eligible for Return
- ❌ Items that have been worn, washed, or dry cleaned
- ❌ Items without original tags, packaging, or accessories
- ❌ Size exchange due to personal preference (if correct size was delivered)
- ❌ Items purchased during Sale or with coupon codes (unless damaged/wrong)
- ❌ Customized, altered, or stitched garments
- ❌ Innerwear, lingerie, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
How to Initiate a Return

- Share clear photos/videos of the item clearly showing the issue
- Our support team will review your request within 24 hours
- Once approved, keep the item safely packed with original tags
- A pickup will be arranged at your address (for eligible returns)
- Refund or exchange is processed after we receive and inspect the item
Tip: Take an unboxing video when receiving your order — this speeds up the return process significantly if any issue arises.

Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank's processing time. Cotton Culture initiates refunds within 2 business days of return approval.
Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. To exchange for a different size:
- Follow the return initiation process above and mention the size you need
- First exchange is free of shipping charges
- Subsequent exchanges may attract a nominal shipping fee (₹60–100)
- Exchange is dispatched within 2-3 days of receiving the returned item
Return Shipping
For returns due to damage, defect, or wrong item, we arrange a free doorstep pickup. For other eligible returns, a shipping deduction of ₹60–100 will be applied from your refund amount.
Non-Delivery Claims
If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the courier partner and provide a resolution within 5 business days.
